SeaWorld to Disney World Transportation Guide

SeaWorld to Disney World Transportation Guide

Quick answer: The simplest way to get from SeaWorld Orlando to a Walt Disney World resort without a car is a private car booked ahead, so you don't have to wait for a shuttle or a rideshare. With Grayson Towncar, a Towncar for up to 4 guests is a flat $75 one way from SeaWorld to any Walt Disney World resort ($140 round trip), and an SUV for up to 6 is $95 one way ($180 round trip). Fares are per vehicle, not per person, with tolls and taxes included, and car seats are free. Give us your exact pickup address when you book, and we'll confirm where your chauffeur will meet you.

Lots of Orlando families stay at a Disney resort and spend one day at SeaWorld, or stay near SeaWorld for the first part of the trip and then move to Disney. Either way, a private car takes your group door to door on your schedule. This guide covers the fares, the round trip for a park day, moving hotels with luggage, and the pickup rules to know before you book. Flying in first? See our Disney World transportation page for the airport ride.

SeaWorld to Disney World transportation: fares by vehicle

These are the current flat fares on our rates and booking page for the SeaWorld to Walt Disney World resorts route. Every price covers the whole vehicle.

Tolls, taxes and car seats are already in the price. The fare you see is the fare you pay, with no hidden fees. Gratuity is optional and never added automatically. Staying somewhere that isn't on the rate card? We cover all of Central Florida, so send us the address and we'll quote a fare.

A SeaWorld day from your Disney resort

If you're staying at a Disney resort and want one day at SeaWorld, book the round trip. On a single reservation you get a ride there in the morning and a ride back in the evening, and you pick both times. Starting at your Disney resort rather than at SeaWorld? Tell us when you book so we can confirm the fare and times for your direction.

Some families ask about keeping a car and chauffeur for the whole day instead. Our hourly rates are $105 an hour for a Town Car, $120 for an SUV, $130 for a Van and $160 for a Sprinter, with a 5-hour minimum. For a simple there-and-back park day, the round trip costs much less: $140 in a Towncar compared with $525 for the 5-hour hourly minimum. Hourly makes more sense when your day has several stops. Our guide to hourly car service vs. a fixed transfer walks through the choice, and you can see the details on our hourly chauffeur service page.

Moving from a SeaWorld-area stay to a Disney resort

If your first few nights are near SeaWorld and the rest of the trip is at Disney, the one-way fare covers moving day. Pick the vehicle by suitcases as well as people:

  • Towncar: up to 4 guests and 3 suitcases.
  • Mini Van: up to 5 guests and 5 suitcases, with room for strollers.
  • SUV: up to 6 guests and 6 suitcases.
  • Van: 7 to 10 guests and 11 suitcases.
  • Van (14 Pax): 11 to 14 guests and 14 suitcases.

Book the pickup for right after you check out, and check your Disney resort's check-in time so you have a plan for your bags. Going on to Universal later in the trip? Our Disney to Universal split-stay guide covers that move.

Pickup rules to know before you book

  • Be ready at the pickup time. For hotel and home pickups, a 4:00 PM pickup means you're in the vehicle at 4:00 PM, with everyone and all the bags. There's a 10-minute grace period.
  • Running late? We can hold the car up to 15 more minutes for $30. At 25 minutes the car has to go, which counts as a no-show, and the fare isn't refunded.
  • Exact pickup spot. Give us the exact address, whether that's your hotel or the park, and we'll confirm where your chauffeur will meet you.
  • Stops on the way. Any stop that isn't on your reservation is an additional charge. Ask us ahead and we'll tell you the price first. Your chauffeur can't add a stop himself. A stop is something on the way; somewhere else you're going is a second ride, and we'll book it as one.
  • Late evenings. Pickups between 10 PM and 6 AM have a flat $20 after-hours fee, already in your total when you book online.
  • Plans change. Cancel 48 or more hours before pickup for a full refund, 24 to 48 hours for a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours is not refundable.

All of these are on our reservation policies page and in your confirmation email.

Car seats for the kids

Car seats are free. Your chauffeur installs infant, convertible and booster seats, so you don't have to carry seats into the park or pack them for the trip. Tell us the ages of the kids when you book. More details are on our car seats page.
