Universal's Newest Theme Park
Private transfers from MCO directly to Epic Universe. Fixed pricing, no surge, no shared shuttles. Your driver meets you at baggage claim.
The Destination
Universal's newest and most ambitious theme park — five immersive worlds connected by a celestial hub, located on a brand-new campus south of the original Universal Orlando Resort.
The central hub connecting all five worlds, with dining, shopping, and its own attractions.
Mario Kart, Donkey Kong, and the Mushroom Kingdom brought to life.
Harry Potter's Ministry of Magic — an all-new wizarding experience in Paris and London.
The Isle of Berk — ride dragons and explore the Viking village.
Universal's Classic Monsters — Dracula, Frankenstein, and the Wolfman in a gothic setting.
Epic Universe is on a separate campus from Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. It's located off Universal Boulevard near the Orange County Convention Center — about 2 miles south of the original parks. Getting there requires its own transportation plan, especially if you're coming straight from the airport.
The Route
Epic Universe sits on its own campus — separate from the main Universal resort. There's no monorail connecting it, no free resort bus from the airport, and no direct public transit. If you're flying into MCO, a private car service is the most direct way to get there without dealing with shuttle transfers, rideshare surge pricing, or hauling luggage through multiple stops.
Your driver tracks your flight in real time, texts you when you land, meets you at baggage claim, loads your luggage, and drives you straight to the park or your nearby hotel. Door to door, about 25 minutes.
Staying at a Disney resort but want to spend a day at Epic Universe? We run this route constantly. Your driver picks you up at your Disney resort, drives you directly to Epic Universe (about 20 minutes depending on your resort), and picks you up when you're done. No parking fees, no navigating I-4 yourself, no figuring out rideshare pickup zones at an unfamiliar park.
Traveling with kids? Complimentary car seats are available on every trip — including Disney-to-Epic transfers. Just select the seat type when you book and they'll be installed and ready when your driver arrives at your resort.
The Problem
New parks attract massive crowds. Here's what that means for your ride from the airport.
How It Works
Reserve online with your flight details. We'll track your arrival in real time.
Your driver texts you when you land to confirm they're there. Meet at baggage claim — no searching, no app refreshing.
Straight to Epic Universe or your hotel — about 25 minutes, no stops unless you want one.
Book round-trip and we'll pick you up on departure day. Same service, same fixed price.

Questions
Epic Universe is approximately 20 miles from Orlando International Airport, about a 25-minute drive via I-4 and Universal Boulevard. With a private car service, you go direct with no stops — straight from baggage claim to the park or your nearby hotel.
Mears Connect offers shared shuttle service from MCO to the Universal area, but it makes multiple stops at other hotels and resorts before reaching your destination. What should be a 25-minute ride can take 45 to 90 minutes on a shared shuttle. A private car service gets you there direct.
Uber and Lyft fares from MCO to Epic Universe typically range from $25 to $60 or more depending on demand. During peak hours, park opening times, and special events, surge pricing can push fares well above that. Grayson Towncar offers fixed pricing — the rate you book is the rate you pay, regardless of demand.
Yes. We provide point-to-point transfers between Epic Universe and all Disney World resorts, as well as other Orlando-area hotels and attractions. Just book a one-way transfer and we'll handle the rest.
Yes. Complimentary Graco car seats are available on every family booking at no extra charge. Just select the car seat type during booking and they'll be professionally installed in your vehicle before pickup. Learn more about our car seat program.
We recommend arriving at the park entrance 30 to 45 minutes before the published opening time, especially during peak season or if you have early park admission. Our team can help you schedule the right pickup time based on your hotel location and the day's opening hours.
We can, but honestly the original Universal parks are only a few minutes from Epic Universe — most guests handle that short hop on their own via rideshare or Universal's own transportation. Where we really help is getting you from MCO to the Epic Universe area, or from Disney World resorts to Epic Universe. Those are the longer rides where a private car service makes a real difference.
