MCO's Newest Terminal
Flying into Orlando's new Terminal C? Your driver knows exactly where to meet you. No confusion, no searching for rideshare zones. Your driver greets you on Level 6, helps with bags, and escorts you to the car.
The New Terminal
Orlando International Airport opened Terminal C in 2022 — a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility south of the original terminals. If your airline operates from Terminal C, the pickup process is different from what you might be used to.
New Terminal
The newest addition to MCO, with modern design and its own ground transportation level.
Original Terminals
The main terminal complex that most domestic airlines use, connected to the North and South terminals.
Not sure which terminal you're arriving at? It doesn't matter for your booking. We track your flight and know exactly which terminal and gate you're arriving at. Your driver will be at the right baggage claim regardless — Terminal C, Terminal A, or Terminal B.
Step by Step
Terminal C has its own ground transportation area. Here's exactly what happens when you land.
We track your flight in real time. If you're early, delayed, or diverted, we know before you do. Your driver adjusts automatically.
Head to the Terminal C baggage claim on Level 6. Your bags will arrive on the carousel just like any other terminal.
Your driver is waiting near the escalators and elevators on Level 6 with a greeting sign. They'll walk you to your baggage carousel and help you collect your luggage.
Your driver helps with luggage and walks you to your private vehicle on Level 1. If you have kids, car seats are already installed and ready.
Straight to Disney, Universal, your hotel, or anywhere in the Orlando area. Want to stop at Publix for groceries on the way? It's included — just ask.
The Problem
Terminal C is new, the layout is unfamiliar, and the rideshare pickup process isn't what most travelers expect.

Yes. Terminal C is connected to the main terminal complex via the Automated People Mover (APM), a train that runs between the terminals. But you don't need to take the train if you have a car service — your driver meets you directly at Terminal C. No transferring between terminals required.
For Uber and Lyft at Terminal C, you need to go to the designated rideshare pickup area on Level 1. Request your ride through the app and wait at the curb for your driver. During peak times, expect 10-30 minute waits and possible surge pricing. With Grayson, your driver is already waiting on Level 6 to greet you, help with bags, and walk you to your vehicle.
Yes. Complimentary Graco car seats are available on every family booking at no extra charge, regardless of which terminal you arrive at. Select the car seat type when booking and they'll be pre-installed in your vehicle before your driver meets you.
Your terminal is listed on your boarding pass and in your airline's app. You can also check the MCO airport website for terminal assignments. Either way, it doesn't affect your booking with us — we track your flight and know exactly which terminal you're arriving at. Your driver will be in the right place.
