An Executive Sedan or Luxury SUV carries the couple, and a Passenger Van or Van (14 Pax) moves guests between hotel and venue. Guests flying in ride on our fixed transfer rates. Who rides
Rides for the couple, family and guests
- The couple: Executive Sedan (up to 4) or Luxury SUV (up to 6).
- Wedding party and family: Luxury SUV, or a Passenger Van for up to 10.
- Guest shuttles between hotel and venue: Passenger Van (up to 10) or Van (14 Pax) (up to 14). Larger guest lists get several vehicles.
- Families with kids: free car seats and boosters. Car seats.

Guests flying in for a destination wedding
Many Orlando weddings are destination weddings, with guests landing at MCO or Sanford. Each party gets a private car at a fixed price, and the chauffeur tracks the flight and meets them inside baggage claim with a name sign.
