Quick answer: Pick your vehicle by three numbers: people, suitcases and car seats. A party of 5 with one suitcase each fits our Mini Van (up to 5 guests and 5 suitcases, with room for strollers). If those 5 travelers bring more than 5 suitcases or need two car seats, book the SUV (up to 6 guests, 6 suitcases, 2 car seats and 2 boosters free). From Orlando International Airport (MCO) to a Walt Disney World resort, the Mini Van is $120 one way and the SUV is $140. Every fare is per vehicle, not per person, with tolls and taxes included.

How to pick the right vehicle in three steps
- Count every traveler, kids included. A child in a car seat or booster still takes a seat, so count them like any other guest.
- Count your suitcases. Compare your total with the suitcase number for each vehicle in the chart. If you're right at the limit, or you're bringing strollers, golf bags or other bulky items, tell us when you book or step up one size.
- Count car seats and boosters. Each vehicle lists how many seats come free. If you need more than the vehicle lists, choose the next size up or ask us when you book.
Which vehicle fits your group
1 to 4 travelers: Towncar
Couples, solo travelers and small families with up to 3 suitcases fit the Towncar. It's our lowest fare: $105 one way from MCO to the Disney, International Drive and Universal areas. One car seat or booster is free.
5 travelers, or 4 with extra bags: Mini Van
The Mini Van carries up to 5 guests and 5 suitcases, with easy boarding and room for strollers. It's a good fit for a family of 5 with one suitcase each, or a family of 4 with a stroller and more bags than a sedan holds. One car seat and one booster are free. MCO to Walt Disney World is $120 one way or $230 round trip.
6 travelers, or 5 with lots of luggage: SUV
The SUV seats up to 6 guests with 6 suitcases, and includes 2 car seats and 2 boosters free. Choose it when 5 travelers need two car seats, or when your bags won't fit the Mini Van. MCO to Walt Disney World is $140 one way or $275 round trip.
7 to 10 travelers: Van
The Van seats up to 10 guests and holds 11 suitcases, so two families can ride together. MCO to Walt Disney World is $175 one way or $340 round trip.
11 to 14 travelers: Van (14 Pax)
Our largest vehicle carries up to 14 guests and 14 suitcases for reunions, wedding groups and big family trips. MCO to Walt Disney World is $225 one way or $440 round trip.
More than 14 travelers
Book more than one vehicle, for example a Van (14 Pax) plus an SUV. Contact us and we'll help you plan the right mix of vehicles.
One bigger vehicle or two smaller ones?
Because every fare covers the whole vehicle, one larger vehicle usually costs less than splitting your group. Using the live MCO to Walt Disney World one-way fares:
| Group | One vehicle | Two vehicles | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6 travelers | SUV: $140 | Two Towncars: $210 | $70 less in one SUV |
| 10 travelers | Van: $175 | Two SUVs: $280 | $105 less in one Van |
| 14 travelers | Van (14 Pax): $225 | Van plus SUV: $315 | $90 less in one Van (14 Pax) |
Two vehicles can still make sense if your group lands on different flights or is heading to different hotels.

Car seats by vehicle
Car seats are free on every ride, and your chauffeur installs infant, convertible and booster seats before you get in. The number of free seats depends on the vehicle: 1 car seat or booster in the Towncar, 1 car seat and 1 booster in the Mini Van, and 2 car seats and 2 boosters in the SUV, Van and Van (14 Pax). Pick the seat types when you book. See car seats and family rides for the seat types and ages.
